The famous Konami are about to revive the TurboGrafx-16 console or PC console. They have made a new registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a new ‘Video game consoles and video game consoles for use with an external display screen or monitor’. This would suggest that Konami are interested in producing a new game console. The TurboGrafx-16 Entertainment SuperSystem was released in the United States on August 29, 1989. NEC claimed that it had sold 750,000 TG-16 consoles in the United States and the console was a big success in Japan. But failed to outsmart the Nintendo and Sega consoles.
