AmigaKit has started selling the Vampire 500V2 accelerators. It uses the Apollo core which is a code compatible Motorola M68K and ColdFire processor but is 3 to 4 time faster than the fastest 68060 at time. It also brings Amiga Classic nearer to AmigaOne computers by bringing digital video with millions of colours. The Vampire 500V2 has 128MB of fast memory, and it also has a Saga RTG driver compatible with the UAEgfx driver under Picasso96 to support 720p native HDMI output. It comes with an onboard IDE port for connecting a CF card or other 2.5″ IDE hard disk, and also a MicroSD port.
