The official Ubuntu 17.04 flavors are available for download. Here’s a quick look at what’s new in the latest 17.04 beta release (Zesty Zapus). Ubuntu 17.04 will be released on April 13, 2017. Ubuntu Budgie 17.04 Zesty Zapus beta 1 includes the latest Budgie Desktop 10.2.9, GNOME 3.24 beta bits, mixed with GNOME 3.22. Among the GNOME 3.24 beta packages included are: GNOME Control Center / Settings Daemon, Photos, Videos (Totem), Maps, Music, and Disks. As a distribution, Ubuntu MATE does a good job at providing the basics out of the box. Like any distribution, you get an office suite, a browser, backup utilities and tools to manage images and play video. In order to dual boot AmigaOS 4.1 and Linux you must use the new SLB (Second Level Bootlader) available on the Amiga OS 4.1 distribution.
