In a small communique with Generationamiga.com Hyperion stressed it’s concerns about the recent publications by amiga-news.de and generationamiga.com in favour of Cloanto. Hyperion’s Director Timothy De Groote claims that Bill McEwen resigned a long time ago and amiga-news.de is publishing misinterpretations and generationamiga.com should have done more research. The director also stressed that Cloanto is ‘indirectly'(?) involved in actively damaging Hyperion Entertainment’s reputation for the upcoming lawsuit. GenerationAmiga informed Timothy De Groote about it’s neutrality and to improve communications with the last remaining Amiga magazines and Amiga community. GA Also suggested to release there point of view from A to Z concerning the lawsuit and ongoing rumours.
