Of any computer platform out there in computing history, none enjoy’s the same legendary status as the Amiga computer. The computer platform died(commercial) offically in 1994 and what came after was flat opportunism and total bigtory. But for a few thousand people out there the Amiga is more then atoms, Gods and even gold; the Amiga is supreme and above all. However, everything has been tried but nothing has been achieved, in the end all of this can be blamed on just a few keyplayers between 1994 and 2021. But playing the blame game never solved anything but it never hurts to understand the truth. The only reason why the Amiga was never resurrected as a computer platform is not because of lack in funds or new software, but because to many want to be ‘the kingpin who did it.’ Several individuals in the Amiga community are actively undermining other people just to make sure that none would succeed exept themselves. AmigaOS VS MorphOS, Amiga corp. VS Hyperion Entertainment, AmigaKit VS Amiga Addict, A-EON secretly building it’s own AmigaOS variant and a lot more of this during the last 27 years(!). If all the bad energy was used to gain unity and Amiga would be a publicly held company then it could have been the Pi, Chromebook or successful alternative X86 OS such as Linux or who knows the 3rd leading computer platform next to Microsoft and Apple. In the end, the loud screams of ‘Amiga community’ or any kind of ‘Amiga unity’ by several keyplayers are biased nonsens. The Amiga is missing a leading figure and it actually never had one, Apple had Steve Jobs, Microsoft had Bill Gates, Tesla has Elon Musk, etc… We only have a few pretenders able to gain support of just a few but in the end nobody remembers. The Amiga when launched in 1985 was revolutionary but also cursed from the very first day; because of complete lack of leadership…
