SEGA confirmed the simultaneous global rollout, noting that the game supports cross-platform play and shared progression across devices. The Pro Soccer Club o Tsukurō! franchise first debuted in Japan on the Sega Saturn and has seen numerous entries over the years, primarily in Japan and Asia. Despite its long history, very few titles in the series were localised for Western markets; the most notable exception was Let’s Make a Soccer Team! on the PlayStation 2 in 2006. Ahead of launch, SEGA ran a pre-registration campaign that reached its target milestone, resulting in in-game rewards for players who start the game at release. These bonuses include a choice of high-profile player cards, scouting and training tickets, and in-game currency. However, initial reactions have been mixed among fans of the original series.
