PiStorm32 Released: pushing the A1200 to 3GHz using a Pi4

Always wanted a very powerful and cheap Amiga 1200? Amiga enthousiast Claude Schwarz recently released PiStorm32-lite a Raspberry Pi based, Amiga A1200 Accelerator. The A1200 can reach (68040 settings) up to 1.6GHz using a PI3 or 3GHz using a Pi4. The open-source project also includes powerful RTG support allowing resolutions of up to 1920 x 1080 (PI3) or 4k (pi4), offering the A1200 high-resolution and high-colour-depth capabilities. The video output from the Raspberry Pi’s HDMI port, makes it easy to connect your A1200 to modern monitors and TVs. The project is 100% open-source and any DIY computer hobbyist can make it happen…
